1. Знайте и бъдете уверени в това, че служителите на "столичния инспекторат" са "терористи" и нямат никакви законови правомощия, тоест те не фигурират като упоменати в законите и конституцията . Те имат пълномощия в рамките на обектите на СТОЛИЧНА ОБЩИНА , а не в частни и други обекти , с частна или друга собственост. Инспектората на МВР проверява само полицията. Инспектората на съдебната власт проверява само Съдебната власт и т.н.
2.Знайте и бъдете уверени , че инспекторите от столичния инспекторат са невежи и не знаят законите. Изисквайте с разговор с тях, да ви представят "законните основания" на тяхните претенции, каквито те нямат и не могат да имат, защото тяхната дейност не е регламентирана със закон.
3.Изисквайте писменно да ви информират за нуждата от тяхното присъствие при вас, кой и защо ги е пратил при вас и с какъв документ и с какво законово основание . Ако те нямат писмен документ , регламентиращ задачата на тяхното присъствие при вас, то не разговаряйте с тях, докато не ви го представят. Те са случайни хора, минувачи , свидетели , но в никакъв слечай не са длъжностни лица , упълномощени от закони.
4.Знайте че всяка отговорност е лична - и за нарушенията и за престъпленията. Ако не сте извършил наказуемо по закон деяние или нарушение , не сте отговорен за него пред закона. Поради липса на законно основание да упражняват дейност, интересът на служителите на Столичния инспекторат е без правно и законно основание и не сте длъжен да им отговаряте на въпросите.
Служителите на столичния инспекторат работат по наредби, изброени в сайта на столичния инспекторат или на съответната община. Тези наредби не са минали през Народното събрание и не са основание , да ви бъдат съставяни актове за административни нарушения.
5.Ако ви съставят констативен протокол или акт , веднага търсете наказателен адвокат или адвокат, който да ви напише жалба или самите вие си напишете жалба за нищожност на акта , поради липса на законово основание/липса на закон/ и противоречието на този акт с Конституцията -
