Здравейте,
Имам 2 проблема с 2 застрахователни компаний.
Става дума за 2 различни ПТП с автомобил Honda CR-V 99-та г.
В първият случай имам счупено задно странично стъкло и други поражения по които нямам претенции. Обаче в калкулацията на
щетите са ми написали цена за стъклото 30лв!?!?! При справка в Бултрако (вносител на японски части за България) ми казват цена
от 430лв за същото стъкло.
Във вторият случай имам счупен преден десен фар, ожулена броня и деформиран калник. Отказаха да ми изпратят калкулация, но ми
изплатиха 240лв,което според мен си е направо подигравка. Тук отново се допитах до Бултрако за фара (понеже само той е за смяна,
а другите детайли са за изчукване и боядисване) и ми казват 740лв за фар.
Знам, че оценката се прати по Швакето или други справочници, а не по цени в магазина, но едвали пък са такива ниски цените....
Къде мога да си потърся правата? Или евентуално да си намеря адвокат на който да дам пълномощно и да води 2-те дела ако има
такъв вариант?
