Здравейте ,имам такъв въпрос,след спечелен от публична продан имот на 28.10.2011г ,като на същата дата плащам имота, след изчакване на всички срокове ,на 11.11.2011 г. ми бе издадено постановление за възлагане.На същата дата 11.11.2011.г постъпва жалба от предните собственици на имота.От тогава никой от кантората на съдията не ме е уведомявал какво се случва,изтекоха всякакви срокове, за да бъде заведена жалбата в съда проверих обстойно лично в съда и от там казаха ,че няма такава жалба,съответно и такова дело .ГПК казва, че съдия изпълнителят е длъжен да заведе жалбата в окръжен съд в едноседмичен срок.ще стане месец вече, а аз нямам никаква информация ,оставам с впечетление ,че съдията си печели лихви от моите пари .Въпросът ми е какви са моите права в моят случай ,да потърся ли съдействие от адвокат.Днес 13.12.2011г от съдът разбрах ,че връщат жалбата поради изтекли срокове,и че не съм била включена като страна по-делото .Какво да направя ,ако не ми се обадят от кантората ,не искам да продължавам да се унижавам ,аз да звъня и да питам ,от постановлението за възлагане не ЧСИ се подиграва с мен и парите ми.
